NOTICE - Merchandise returns



Dear Customers,

 

Please note that all RMA requests will be processed within 24 to 72 business hours.
All emergencies will be treated in a priority matter.

 

 

Policy regarding non-opened merchandise being returned for reimbursement.

You can request an RMA to return non-opened merchandise not sold within 90 days from your purchase under the following conditions:

1. Your request must be accompanied by your proof of purchase (invoice).
2. Boxes which are damaged, labels or marked in any ways will NOT be accepted.
3. Must be returned at your own expense.
4. A 20% restocking fee may apply on ALL RETURNS and final approval remains with Nu-Tone & CO management.

7 days return policy on merchandise ordered in error.

1. Your request must be done within 7 days of receipt of order.
2. Must be returned at your own expense.
3. No restocking charges will be applied as long as the merchandise is returned within the prescribed delays and is in immediate resell condition.

Policy regarding OEM Products

1. OEM Warranty Approval:

Nu-Tone & CO will honor OEM warranty policies upon manufacturer approval for returns.
 
2. RMA Process:
 
Please follow the current Nu-Tone & CO RMA process to obtain an RMA ticket for your return.
 
3. Returns for Incorrect Orders:
 
For products ordered in error or if the wrong product was received, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued if returned within 7 days of purchase.
a. After 7 days and up to 30 days, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply.
b. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original invoice date, unless covered under warranty.
 
4. Return Packaging Conditions:
 
All returns must meet the following conditions for Nu-Tone & CO to grant credits:
• Original packaging must be free from tapes or any markings.
• No writings or markings on the original packaging or product.
• No shipping labels on the original packaging or product.
• All packaging must be in its original state and condition.
• Return items must be shipped in appropriate packaging with the original box and additional protective materials.
 
5. Special Orders:
 
No returns or credits will be issued for special orders.
 
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines for a smooth and efficient return process.

 

It is important to note the serial number of the defective cartridge. "How to identify our cartridges".

Nu-Tone & CO will pay return shipping costs for defective products or an error on our part. Any other return will be at the sender's expense.
