NEW FIRMWARE UPDATE ON JULY 16th, 2022 ON SELECTED HP PRINTERS
Dear Valued Customer / Reseller,
Since July 16th, 2022: HP had perform a firmware update involving the 902XL cartridges.
Our suggestions:
- We recommend that the customer sell the existing inventory as soon as possible.
- We recommend that the customer do not actively upgrade to the latest firmware version.
- For more details of upgraded products, please feel free to contact your sales Rep
The printer or computer will automatically remind consumers to upgrade firmware through their wifi or network connection. Please inform your clients NOT to upgrade the firmware. The new firmware will cause third party cartridges to not recognize their printer.
The printer firmware won't be updated anymore once your client DISABLES the update option.
We are working on a new chip now and will let you know as soon as we release new chip. Please continue to sell current HP inkjet and inform your client NOT to upgrade the firmware.
