NEW FIRMWARE UPGRADE ON FEBRUARY 22ND, 2020 ON SELECTED LEXMARK PRINTERS
Our suggestions:
- We recommend that the customer sell the existing inventory as soon as possible.
- We recommend that the customer do not actively upgrade to the latest firmware version.
- For more details of upgraded products, please feel free to contact your sales Rep
The printer or computer will automatically remind consumers to upgrade firmware through their wifi or network connection. Please inform your clients NOT to upgrade the firmware. The new firmware will cause third party cartridges to not recognize their printer.
The printer firmware won't be updated anymore once your client DISABLES the update option.
